Ankit Yadav is a practicing advocate handling litigations primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He received his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from RML National Law University, Lucknow and his LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.
Ankit has been involved in a significant number of litigations involving an array of subject matters, with a special focus on international and domestic arbitration, commercial laws, service law and public law. He is also an empaneled counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh and the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and represents them in their litigations before the Supreme Court of India.
He is also a member of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group and the Young ICCA of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration.
