Arjun has completed his graduation from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala with a specialisation in Constitutional Law.
His experience includes insolvency, due diligence and transaction documents in the context of acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory. He regularly advises on foreign direct investment into India, cross border contracts and transactions, infrastructure project documentation, trusts and trademarks.
