Priyanka’s practice is on core Indian corporate law matters. She focuses her time on incorporation and post incorporation work of Indian government and private companies as well as foreign companies in India, legal due diligence of corporate entities, drafting agreements and corporate advisory. She has recently incorporated and is advising an Indian government company in relation to upcoming world-class ports in India. She also heads the Knowledge Management Team of Juris Legal.
