The Firm filed one of the first ever applications before the newly formed Competition Commission of India. The matter involved an information memorandum under Section 19(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 for institution of an inquiry regarding cartelization by airlines operating on Indian territory.

There have been a number of key developments in the competition law landscape in India. Under recently introduced regulations, a number of transactions, commercial agreements and business practices have been made subject to complex legal review.
